Dr. Ian Shaw is an experienced laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgeon who has been based on the north side of Brisbane for more than twelve years.
Dr. Ian Shaw is dedicated to the treatment of obesity. Obesity is a disease, not a choice. Its management requires a holistic approach. Ian’s expertise is in determining the role of surgery, and choice of surgical procedure, in the management of this disease. Ian works within a high volume surgical centre which prides itself on good surgical outcomes.
